Mr. Nesseth was called to the Ontario Bar in 1980.

He brings significant experience as a trial lawyer to client's issues.

Presently he is working on cases involving Dental malpractice, health practitioner malpractice, and employment.

Formerly a Sessions Instructor with the Bar Admission Course for Ontario in Family Law, Mr. Nesseth acted as Counsel for Hemophiliacs at the Krever Commission investigating Canada's tainted blood scandal.
